HapusI am Ready to discuss.
Hapusfirst topic about right/wrong if you have any opinion please share it here
BalasHapusSorry guys i mean true/false
HapusWriting.
BalasHapusEveryone should leave the parental home by the age of 21. Discuss. What do you think friends?
I think the reason people have to leave their parents' house at the age of 21 or grow up is that they are more independent of themselves and less dependent on their parents.
HapusI think it's normal because in this part of the world all 21 year olds have left their parents' homes and choose to have their own lives and determine their future.
HapusIn my opinion, it is true that based on the child protection agency, the responsibility is still tied until the child turns 21 or enters adulthood. Or have been able to find a job and choose a way of life. However, in my opinion, not all children have to leave their parents' house at the age of 21, because it is caused by several factors, one of which is that children have not been able to find a job so they cannot support themselves, and sometimes parents themselves do not want their children. to leave their house, because they want their children to be able to take care of them in their old age.
HapusYes that's right,i agree with you Rany
HapusFor some children dying at their parents' house is quite difficult because many factors cause it to happen
HapusI agree with that statement, but rather than leaving teenager of that age should stop depending on their parents. I think 21 years of knowledge they got from their parents is enough to help them live independently.
HapusI think the reason people leave their's parents home at the age 21 or adult because they feel they can do anything they become more independent and more confidence about themselves and depend less on their parent because they also can get a job
HapusSo Fauzan, you think they just want to be free? Well, I kinda agree with that statement. Because I think so
Hapusmy mind, It depends on the child.
Hapus18 is the legal age. If the child is still in high school, waiting until they have a job that can support themselves is the most ideal situation. but sometimes children under 21 years old are able to work and support themselves or even feel capable of getting married but back again, as far and at any age as children go from home. that must be remembered is parental love for all time
I also agree with this opinion, for some children it may feel bad because it is very annoying or depends on their parents
HapusI don't think it should but I think it's normal
Hapusyess bintang i agree with your opinion
HapusIn my opinion, at the age of 21 years, a person needs more experience, to find identity, and to deepen that experience he can take a moment to get out of their comfort zone at home. But that doesn't mean the person actually left the house. He may leave the house temporarily but don't forget to always return home, because that is where his parents and family loved him raised.
HapusI agree with Tamara, even if a child has left home, never forget the love of your parents, as the saying goes, no matter how far you go, never forget to return to your hometown.
HapusI agree with you nasywa, as you said it is indeed time to find identity and experience, before actually leaving the house after growing up and getting married.
Hapusyes I agree with you nasywa, leaving does not mean forever but only temporarily, because parents are parents forever, and we have the right to take care of them when they are old.
HapusAlright, so the conclusion from the discussion of our first material is about everyone having to leave their parents' house at the age of 21, that is, we agree with the statement, where a child can deepen his experience, become independent and not dependent on his parents, but that doesn't mean other people can leave the house for good, there are times when they return home to their families, especially their parents, where their parents raised them.
HapusHow do you guys agree on the conclusion of this topic?
Yes i agree with you rany
HapusI saw videos once when Americans asked Indians why they still live in their parents' houses when they are adults? The woman answered that it was only natural in India to be an adult but still live with her parents. It seems to me that American culture or American customs tell their 18-plus child that living in their own home has both a positive and a negative side. Positifny is the child becoming self-reliant, tough, brave, and responsible. The negative are free association, free sex, drugs, and other juvenile delinquency resulting from a lack of parental supervision. If you're 21 and you have the guts to live alone and have the money to rent then try to live on your own. When I turned 21 I found a job that paid me enough to rent or buy a house, I would live on my own. No longer live with my parents.
HapusIn my opinion, the condition of the child depends on how the situation is, whether he is able to live alone or not, because living alone requires money where one must already have a job, if the child lives alone but does not have a job, it will make it unclear. There are also those who are still improving their education, such as becoming a student, if at that time a child may still live with his parents, especially if his house is close to the place of education. However, if it is likened to a necessity, a child who has entered adulthood should be able to live alone so that he can feel what life really is, make him more independent, and experienced. But that does not mean leaving home and parents completely.
HapusI agree and I think the conclusion is also quite right, very good guys.
HapusSorry guys, last night I couldn't join the discussion because the internet network in my area was cut off due to a power outage and a thunderstorm. Well, I ask permission to share my opinion even though it's too late, I hope that my friends can understand this obstacle.

HapusDiscussion – Student A
What do you think of young adults?
Talking about young adult is interesting in fact. Comparing young adult now and old time before is really different. In my view, young adult right now is influenced much the advance of science and technology. Their way of life is one of the most important things to be considered. They are are so free and more independent. They sometimes leave the old cultures which are not suitable with modern age. And they become more matured , I guess.
What do you think living at home?
Living at home with parents for young adult will create a kind of problem too, I guess. The best way is that young adult leave home and try to be more independent and don’t depend on their parents any more. Living at home with parents will not make them more matured.
Why are more young people living at home?
There are some reasons why they live at home. The main reason is that they don’t have a good job which make them unstable in economical factor. Then they go back home. In other words , their parents can support their life. Then they may be jobless. So, They can not make money at all. And the last unpredictable situation. Let say, the outbreak of corona virus has created so many problems in life. Young adult has no other way to stand up by their own feet. Like or dislike, there will be no other way, living together with their parents
What are the good things living about living with your parents?
Living with parents , of course , can give a kind of happiness. Everybody is born by his or her parents. Parents have responsibility to grow up , educate and provide everything for their kids. It is happy for the kids, isn’t it? But in my mind, It has a limit until the kids can manage their own life.
Should all young adults have to leave home?
I don’t think that all young adults should leave home. Let me give you some examples. It may happen for a family where parents get a sickness and have to stay at home longer. It is a responsibility for young adults to care them. By doing such of this way, parents can feel that they really have kids. Even though , their parents don’t want to be a burden for their kid. The kids must realize that their parents have sacrified every things for them.
What do you know about the Great Depresion?
The Great Depression was the worst economic downturn in the history of the industrialized world, lasting from 1929 to 1939. It began after the stock market crash of October 1929, which sent Wall Street into a panic and wiped out millions of investors.
Has Corona virus affected you financially?
I can say that 100 % yes. Since the outbreak corona virus came to Indonesia, everything is so expensive. The price of daily needs has increased so sharply and the money I have is not enough to buy them.
How has corona virus affected your country financially?
The outbreak of corona virus has brought so many impacts in my country financially. As far as I have seen that many companies have stopped running. People are not allowed to gather. Its consequence is that many workers lost their job. They don’t have enough money to provide their basic needs. The rate of poor people raise up so sharply. Even the people who have much money feel reluctant to buy products in the market. The circle of economic life runs so slowly. It will create a very slow economic growth. People become poorer and poorer.
In my opinion, young adults are young adults, namely the most dynamic stage throughout the span of human life, because a person experiences many progressive changes physically, cognitively and psychologically-emotionally, towards physically and cognitively integration. the transition from adolescence who are still living a chaotic life to a time that demands a sense of responsibility. The development of early adulthood begins when a person is aged 19 to 25 years.
HapusIn my opinion, the impact of this corona virus has a very big impact on finances because many people are unemployed because of their dependence on work during this corona virus period
HapusIn my opinion, young adults are teenagers who have just entered adulthood, such as reaching the age of 20 years and over. Where they are at this age should have started to be independent and can live alone.
HapusI think young adults is a teenager who mature enough to live by themself. Living at their parents is not a big deal, as long as they dont bother their parents anymore. The good things living with their parents, in any emergency moment they ready anytime to help their parents. If they can, why not? Its back to their own choice, there's always postive and negative impact.
HapusThe corona virus affects many countries and individuals, online learning is one of the impacts due to the corona virus which makes the teaching and learning system less effective. Although it can run smoothly, it inhibits and causes a sense of laziness or decreased interest in children's learning. Since the outbreak of this virus, the economy has slumped and the number of unemployed has increased. Even for travel, all access is limited and conditional thus hampering travel and business.
HapusIn my opinion, young adults aged 19-25 years, this is like a teenager growing up, in these times a lot of problems will be faced because this period is a transition from adolescence to adulthood that demands a lot of responsibility, in my opinion there is no problem if young adults live in their parents' homes, but to gain experience and to be more independent can try to live alone, although there are many good things that we can receive when living with parents. In order to be responsible for yourself, adaptation is needed by leaving your parents' home. maybe because the corona virus has made many people lose their place to find money, one of which is young adults, so young adults still live with their parents.
Hapusfor the second question, it is normal, natural and perfectly for girls to stay at home to avoid slander. If in this context the woman is married, then she must accompany her husband, if the adult man is married, then he should look for a place to live apart from his parents. so come back aware of yourself and the situation.
Hapuswhat do i know about the great depression is that the biggest stock crash in the world it happened somewhere between 1929-1939 world war II begin, Government regulation, a new banking system, and the end of the drought in the Midwest all contribute to the recovery of the economy.
Hapusa). My opinion about young adults is that young adults are the most dynamic stages throughout the human life span, because a person experiences many progressive changes physically, cognitively and psychologically-emotionally, towards physically and cognitively integration. transition from adolescence, which is still living a chaotic life to a time that demands a sense of responsibility. The development of early adulthood begins when a person is aged 19 to 25 years.
Hapusb). My opinion about living at home is that the house is a comfortable place to live whose main function is to fulfill the 'board' in these basic needs. In a house, one or more individuals live in a building that can protect it from changes in the weather outside or when there is a natural disaster.
c). My opinion about why many young people stay at home, is because there is no independent attitude from the soul of the child and there is no belief in being able to be separated from their parents.
d). My opinion about the good things about living with parents is, Feeling a Calmer Life, Easier Life by Helping Each Other, Creating a Safe Environment, People Living Prosperously, Strong Brotherhood Ropes, Avoiding Conflict, More Tolerant Society.
e). My opinion is that not all adults should leave the house, but it would be nice if the adult left the house, to increase the independence and experience of the child.
f). In my opinion, major depression is a mental health disorder characterized by a mood that is constantly sad and depressed and loses interest in excessive activities, resulting in a decrease in the quality of daily life.
g). In my opinion, it is clear that the corona virus has greatly affected financially
h). My opinion is, Paying attention to the spread of the corona virus which is currently increasingly spreading, the government has implemented a physical distancing policy and recommends working from home to minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus. With the implementation of this physical distancing policy, activities outside the home are very limited, so resulting in various business sectors reducing or even stopping their activities for an undetermined time. Although it can break the chain of virus spread, the implementation of physical distancing policies also has a social impact on the community. The income of the middle to lower economic class, such as hawkers, market traders, or drivers of public transportation, has fallen sharply. In addition, the impact of the Corona virus can also be seen from the loss of trust in others around us for fear of being exposed to this deadly virus. The impact of Corona on society is also felt by the world of education. With the policy to cancel or divert the learning process from school to home, many parties are confused. There are still many schools that are not ready to implement online learning for teachers or students. This shift in learning methods forces various parties to follow the path that can be taken so that learning can continue.
It's good answer guys.. I appreciate your opinion guys.
HapusBut this is my opinion. Not much different with you guys.
1.) An adult is one who has the ability to control his temper, to be mature in his thinking, to choose what is right and right. Already understand what he should do asa young adult. Some of them are still emotionally unstable and in love. But it's also part of growing up
2.) Living at home it's not bad. In pandemic Covid-19 we must stay at home. At home you can learning, doing activity and other.
3.) But if you are brave and able to live alone then try to live alone
4.) Since they may still be comfortable living in a parent's home, the fact that no one is home is alive is the fact that no one is home because the least of them is covid
5.) Being with parents and loved ones is expensive and can only be for the fortunate. There is happiness, unity, mutual care and love, and completeness.
6.) It doesn't have to be for me to stay in a parent's house or at home alone is choice
7.) But if your parents allow it and you're brave, then try living on your own
8.) A decline in buying power from the community as many of them are out of work, many markets are closed, and no crowding

e) Is it better to rent or buy an apartment?
f) Would you prefer to live at home or on your

g) What advice do you have for young adults?
h) What questions would you like to ask the
researchers?
a). My opinion is regarding the article above, there are many young people today who still live with their parents. It would be nice, if you are an adult or already have your own family, namely to live separately, families can still gather on weekends or holidays. big day. Because when someone is still riding with their parents, usually the control is in their hands. In fact, parents are often conservative or orthodox. They lead in their own way, and as children they must obey. If it continues, it's not good psychologically. A family head will be considered weak and unable to develop his aspirations. It can also have an impact on work. You will tend to be passive and have no creative power. The initiative did not appear, so that the child could not live independently later, how about your opinion, friends?
Hapusb). My opinion about student loans is that student loans or KTA will help students by providing installments. Not only for tuition, student loans also apply for all purposes that will support your studies, useful for easing the economic burden of students. Sorry if I'm wrong, can you add your opinion?
HapusIs it better to rent or buy an apartment? I think it's better to buy an apartment if you have enough finances because if you rent it the monthly money will be even greater so I think it's better to buy than rent
HapusDiscussion – Student B
HapusA. What do you think about what you read?
It makes me surprised too. A super modern country , like USA, gets a severe impact of unemployment and the outbreak of corona virus. It is unpredictable situation, I guess. I can not imagine the impact of corona virus out break for under developed country . But in short , people will become poorer and poorer and the starvation will happen everywhere especially in poor countries .
B. What do you think of student loan?
HapusFor a poor student , it is a good way to help them studying in University. There are some benefits of it, I guess.
Student loans offer financial support for students who would otherwise be unable to attend college.
You do not need a credit history to receive a student loan.
Student loans often have lower interest rates than private loans.
Fixed interest rates prevent the terms of a loan from changing over time.
a) My opinion on the topic is that discussing young adults who are still living with their parents, it would be better to live separately. As an adult, you should be able to take responsibility for yourself and think about your next life, such as working and getting married. Do not continue to depend on your parents and live a monotonous life. Try to be a more useful person and determined to live a better life.
HapusWould you rather stay at home or in
Hapushave? for me having a house is better because it's for mental health and train myself to be more independent but living at my parents' house is not so bad
C. Why will it take a decade for young adults to be able to leave home?
HapusThere are two factors. The first is massive student loan debt and the second is a lack of available work. These force young adults to be with their parents and take a longer time until they have jobs.
D. What are the bad things living with your parents?
Hapus* There are some bad things, I guess.
You don't have any privacy or private space.
Living with your parents will strip you of your space and privacy, and that can be a psychological burden, especially if you are used to living alone.
No longer will you have the freedom to get out of bed and head to the kitchen in your underwear. No more drinking milk from the carton or playing music at odd hours. You can't even expect your parents not to enter your room since it belongs to them.
* You can't call friends over or have house parties.
Have you always been the guy/girl at whose place friends crash every now and then? This will change when you move in with your parents. You'll can no longer allow your friends to sleep on your sofa, since the sofa is no longer yours.
You can also forget about hosting parties. Neither a cozy get-together of your college buddies nor drinks with colleagues after work will be doable if you're living with mom or dad.
*Unwelcome advice about your life.
Whether you move in with your mum, dad, or both, you are likely to receive all kinds of advice, even if you don't ask for it. From what you eat to the amount of time that you sleep to the number of hours you play video games... be prepared to get unsolicited advice (and judgment) for just about everything.
*People might think less of you.
The inevitable disadvantage of living with your parents is that your people might make fun of you. You might be known as the 29-year-old guy who still lives with his mom or the 31-year-old woman who lives with her folks.
Even though so many of our generation are living with parents, there is still a lingering social stigma that comes along with it, and you will have to face it head-on. There is no escaping the negative stereotype and you should prepare yourself for a negative opinion every now and then, especially from people of older generations.
*You won't learn the hard lessons of life.
This applies especially anyone who has never moved out of their parent's house. There are a lot of tough lessons and curve balls that life throws, and learning to catch them is part of growing up. By living with your parents, you are shielding yourself not only from hardships, but also from the lessons life has to offer.
Not only that, but if you do eventually manage to move out, living alone could turn out to be a shockingly unpleasant and impossible experience. You may not know how to pay your bills, do the dishes, or even wake yourself up on time every single day of the year.
E. Is better to rent or buy an apartment?
In my opinion , as long as we have enough money, it is better of buying an apartment instead of renting. Some advantages of owning an apartment:
- Enjoy personal space and privacy
- Live by your own rules
- Work from home more easily
- Don't clean up anyone else's mess
- Decorate as you like
- Build equity to benefit your personal financial picture
- Keep your living costs down
F. Would you prefer to live at home or on your own?
I prefer to live at my own home. The reason is that you are free about what you want to do at your own home. You feel safe and more comfortable too. You are free to decorate , paint , renovate or whatever you want about your own home.
G. What advice do you have for young adults?
There are some advice , I guess
- Engage in social interactions with everyone around you
- Maintain close relationships with family and friends
- Be kind to yourself
- Perform daily exercise for 30 minutes to an hour
- Stay focused on the present and don't worry about past or future.
H. What questions would you like to ask the researcher?
Because of unemployment everywhere, around the globe and the outbreak which is still going on up to now, my questions are:
* What are the ways to overcoming the unemployment?
* If we just let the people who get infected by corona virus as they are, do you think , all people around the globe will extinct from the earth planet?
a) What do you think about what you read? i think this article contains about the many young adults who still live with their parents especially during the current pandemic conditions, this explains that covid 19 is very influential on the world
HapusYes, I agree with you, about part c, why it takes a decade for adults, because it is caused by two factors, namely debt and debt and the lack of work or the number of unemployed, so this can reduce the increase in unemployment.
Hapusin my opinion it's up to you either you buy or rent an apartment but advantage that you get when you buy an apartment is you just need to relax but you need prepare a lot of money to buy those apartment but if you want to rent you can't stay there for very long time so in my opinion Buy apartment is better than renting.
